Wow, thanks for advice guy's I haven't checked the vibration unit for assembly mistakes yet,but sure that what makes the noise. But,!!!!! the steering servo was plugged directly into the receiver.! What doesn't make sense, is WHY in the name of god, cut the harness in half leaving both halves in a tight almost invisible area of the harness? Just unplug the thing if don't want to use it.....
