I had another thought about the pump setup. I'm thinking about setting my system up so the pump only operates at same time as the valve servo therefore the pump won't run when no demand and should hopefully stop excessive pressure in that pipe between the pump and valve block.

I am using a 10g from Airtronics. I have the pump mixed with the valves so it only runs when demand is there.

I also turned the pump down to about 10-15%. I didn't know all this before you guys chimed in. Really appreciate the help.
