I'm getting close to having an actual operating dump truck! It goes and steers, I don't have the front drive shaft hooked up yet, need to make a drive shaft.

Got the lift mechanism working, need to tidy up a few bits and test it with some weight. Looks to me like the speed is about right, got lucky with a motor I had on hand.
