Yes, you can run two sets of Tamiyas trailier lights off the MFU.
Just done it for someones trailers
You just need patience and good handle on soldering and heatshrinking
What I did was take the trailer socket, cut the white plug off (the one that goes to the MFU) and splice it into the the trailer wiring harness making sure the colours match up.
i.e. all the reds joined together, all the whites etc.
Then install the harness on the A trailer mounting the socket on the back so the next trailer can plug in. All lights work nice and bright. It would possibly even strech to running three trailers this way, but haven't tsted this yet.
