Just a suggestion but you might want to mount the cab floor in the cab when doing your build up - sometimes they are a little too flexible and causes alignment issues.
sorry yaa'll - I musta bin eatin somthin funny cause after looking at it again and again, even I couldn't figure out what I was tryin to say....
