Your radio came with a manual, did it not? Look under channel mixing.
 Tip: the throttle channel is Master and the steering is Slave. It'll be +100 & -100. I've never owned a Turnigy radio. For my Spektrum radio, if it's steering the wrong way, then I can either switch the + & - values or reverse the travel of steering ch itself.
