Arrow Re: Any fellow hobbyist in Los Angeles?

I don't know of anything like it in the U.S.

As far as heavy equipment and construction type units, I'd like to incorporate a couple of quarries per park into the layouts for the excavator/loaders to use. I think it would prove to be enjoyable for everyone - kind of like a "Big Boys Sand Box". Not to mention at least a few logistic centers for freight to be loaded and delivered to & fro. A working D.O.T. scale and possibly a truck-wash for fun. Not to mention the Truck-stop and other buildings for the rest of the city-scape.

An entire h.o. layout in 1/14 scale if I could, but I don't quite know how to go about getting this project underway.
