after that red pepper dried i laid down some Testors Gloss Black on it to break up the red and make the truck slightly different than all the others out there.




i absolutely hate chrome so i had to get rid of all the chromed peices up until this point, upper and lower grill, mirror fronts, wheels, headlight housings, side steps and hitch release plate were all either painted Kona Brown or Gloss Black depending on where they were located

Well folks it's been a couple Months since I posted last, so here is a few updates. This truck has acquired a name for the build, "MAJOR HAULER", the company name will be "HOOK & HAUL INC." and will be dedicated to my retired police chief grandpa who passed away back in september with a title on the future headache rack being "ONE LAST RIDE". This is in the works to be a tri-drive heavy haul rig. At this point it is a completely custom one off build. So now for what you've all been waiting for, the updated pictures...

Wow shaved 4.5"...

Wow quite a difference..

There is the next two cuts...

There's the body on the chassis...

There's the start of the new roof line..
That's all I've got right now but there has slowly been more progress. Thanks for looking, please provide feedback
