Sheared off left track control top pin on the radio that has a metal "spider arm" which controls the left track.
It is a three position spring loaded self centering switch that controls f/b movement on the tracks. Tried to solder in something similar looking I had but didn't work. (They are green colored and replaced dials on the stock radio I believe) The company may not be able to get me one to replace it and wondered if anybody knows where to get one or a link to something just like it that will work the same way? (hate to get another radio just for this one switch ![]() |

Xbox, play station controllers. It's been a while since I did something similar. I had radio apart and found out my fix was just some jb weld to reattach lever arm. But if I'm not mistaken the potentiometers are ones used in gimbals but a metal plate screwed to radio housing keeps it to one axis. Only one axis hooked up. Like I said it's been a while since I was inside that radio but I remember scraping some old game controllers gimbals and set aside for a later date. Pretty sure the reason I did that was from seeing them in that radio. As I spent a lot of time looking for a dial pot that self centers, single axis and could not find. At leas that small.
If memory serves correct, ![]()

I have been looking around for a single axis potentiometer self centering but these 2axis are the only ones I can find. At least small. Lots of um but about size of a 50cent piece.

I hope someone can chime in cause I need to replace my duals with a couple of these switched and rc4wd cannot come up with them. They keep trying to send me the metal extensions for 70 bucks.
