Re: john deer 1110 fowarder
looking good cant wait to see it running, are you using aluminium or is it steel?
[edit] dont forget to put "Nothing runs like a Deere!" was just wondering are those motors direct drive and you just glue the wheel to the motor shaft? if so where do you get them from? Last edited by carp; 11-29-2010 at 01:49 PM. |

Re: john deer 1110 fowarder
the motors are gear reduction motors i get from ebay and robot market place sells a hub that goes from the mtor to the wheel and it bolts to the wheel and this is mostly aluminum with some steel for weight

Re: john deer 1110 fowarder
Nice, that's a heck of a load! Won't be long I'm sure, it'll look sweet articulating/swaying over a few stumps, logs, ect. as you emerge from the woods with a full load. Maybe some day I can skid some timber to you!? Keep up the swift progress.
