Mikem I originally had the idea of milling plank lines in a solid piece and staining the grooves for the appearance of planks. The wood I have is 1/8" thick. Now that you mentioned that I may do that, only thing is I have to tear down the mill some to get the piece to lay flat on table. Might be a good time to clean out underside of slides anyway.
