Mammoth, what to do with this junk yard find?

Looking on Tamiya site, unit has been discontinued. I am missing the single channel controller for the dump bed and the two channel for steering and forward/reverse. This is my first "rodeo" on RC hobby works. I'm checking out controllers, at least 3 channel. RC3S is a cheap startup unit in the 40-50 $ range. It might run the whole truck, not all the fancy bells and whistles like I see on here, but drive and dump is a starting point.
