Hi calaum. Thats exactly how I made mine.
I found several animated videos on youtube and copied the design.
I have a shaft drilled off center that the plate attaches to, two bearings in crusher housing .
I threaded the shaft and used 6mm bolts to hold weights to shaft.
You will need to drive the crusher in the right direction , so the motor tightens to bolts on the pully.
other wise pully will disappear across the room rather quickly.
dont ask me how I know this LOL.
