Yes , Rc4wd will go out of there way to help you at least they did with me, you just need to be patient.
To be very truthful with you I have not seen a company provide me with Excellent service like RC4WD, especially inside and outside the USA. Premacon has just s+_@#$ on me with there service, TTM in Germany and RCBM are very good also.
