im building a big dozer first time need help with gearing for track speed thanks

I think people were using windshield wiper motors. not sure how large your dozer is?

ok I have not built one. I had assumed they were direct drive from the wiper motor??

I would have to go back and look up my d11 thread, I used the bigger wiper motors and chain / sprockets to get final track sprocket somewhere in the 28-30 rpm range if memory serves correct. Still running the same motors from build and they have a lot of pushing time on them. 4 sets of track pins and two sets of track chains so far, motors keep turning, and they never have stalled.
