Beautiful machining, that's coming along great! Touch them with a deburring tool and those cylinder parts are like jewlery.

Any luck on finding the sliding teflon tape, or does it look smooth enough you might not want some?

Post 49, i think the oval bushing plates on the real ones are set up to be either pin-retainers or anti-rotation locks. They usually do step cuts and different sized bushing holes if it's retaining. If it's rotation there's some offset between holes and pin diamater so it clocks the pin in the bore to slow down wear.
