Default Re: 1:14 BMG C308 Excavator improvements

Yea the change to 2.4 really helped clear up a bunch of issues but I still like to practice some of the old basics. I still put capacitors on all my drive motors. I've put motors on an oscilloscope and seen over 40 volts of ac when powered up by 12 volts dc. Thats noise that can still cause havoc. Two capacitors, one on each leg, will eliminate almost all of it. Some boards are more susceptible than others of course. I really like the sabertooth dual ESCs cause you can set up the mixing if you need it right on the esc and don't have to program anything in the transmitter but I've found they are really susceptible to noise. Thanks for info the the small esc you are using.
