Ok here is how I am making the winch work. i am mounting one of the good scale German winches. the winch that started all the other winches nice thing about these is they will pull ALOT of weight with out breaking.
  Then I mounted a fair led in the top of the deck for the cable to come threw and wrapped the cable around the drum. So when you run the winch teh drum will turn .   [/B]
