Fall Meet - Oct 9 2010 - Friday setup!
Guys - I am planniing to head your way for the October meet - is it open to all? What's a good time to be at the site? How long do you usualy go? Since it is a 6 Hr trip for me - have a suggestion about a hotel?

Izzy,
The best place for hotel would be off of exit #78 of I-80, brookville. There are a good number of hotels/restaurants there. The show is at the next exit #81. When traveling east-bound, you exit #81 and turn left. The firehall is about 5 miles on your right. thanks for the info -
I could pack up Blueshirts warehouse dock (it ain't painted - it was at Indy) along with my trucks and equipemnt - could bring my box of Jersey barriers - we didn't even get them out at Indy though. Let me know your thoughts. .......

Izzy,
Lets play it by ear, but you may want to leave the loading dock at home... lets see what everyone else is bringing... I have fears of running out of room! We had quite the crowd last time and table space/pit area became a premium!!! We may be quickly outgrowing this firehall!

you can say that again Rod, ECMT is getting real big I might bring a saw so we can take down some walls!
 we might have to start driving out thw doors and into the parking lot!! Come one come all, Maybe FGD will make the trip!

That show is 120miles for me but only 15miles from my farm.

I'll be there. It's an hour drive for me. I'll have my garage and possibly my loading dock, trailers and king hauler.

Fall Show - Oct 9, 2010 - Right around the corner!
I just wanted to bump this discussion thread here as the show is closing in on us here. I want to make sure we have enough room for everyone!! The place is getting smaller by the show!

Hey Just a list for what I'm bringing.
So far: 1 Loading dock 1 Garage approx. 3'x3' 1 Tamiya Hauler 2 Custom Tamiya Trailers 1 Equipment Trailer Extra road, a tool box and some extra parts and junk I'll figure out when to be there when I know others will show up. Can't wait.

I want to make it bad but due to me losing my job on 20th of this month and don't have a car that will make the 4 1/2 hour trip one way I will have to pass.
I wish I could hook up with some one just to hang out with you fellas for the day. Sorry guys,maybe I will see you next year sometime. Greg
