I have one of these loaders. They are just 2WD with an open diff. It can dig and load trucks as long as the earth is loose. The 4 gearboxes are very noisy though. I'm currently converting it to 4WD with a gear motor on each wheel and steel or brass wheels to replace the cheap plastic. It needs weight too.
