Yes it was, and I decided from now on to never polish or buff any of them because I will use them and scratch them anyways. It took me 5 cans of red paint just for that guy. I know they look bare but I had to build them first. The other Blue ones I cannot take credit for, they were painted when I got them and I decided to go with the painted rails to match since I liked the globe so much. They will all get the right stickers and such when I find more time.
