hehe i did the same thing a while back. i also ordered a 10 pack of towerpro mg995 servos from china for $70 including shipping off ebay. you might want to check them out.

after i bought a bunch of bruders i asked myself the same question!
i let my kids play with them first though, (dont tell the wife but the bruders were really gifts for me) lol! once they got tired of them i started taking them apart. those bruder tabs are tough!
