decided to drag out and dust off this old prject I started a few years ago ..sure helps with cnc ..I gave it a try a making a circle inside gear and it turned out ok ..the pitch is a bit big but i was using a 1/8 toolbit so the was the radius I could use .

Looks good Lou! I like how you have incorporated an old road sign into the frame. You better get busy though. Don't you have a gravel truck to build?
