Bruder models are the only thing you could build yourself in that price range or less, or buy one from someone that has already built it!!! Or you can order one already converted with working hydraulics for the boom here: http://www.magomhrc.com/en/16-cat-320

That's about all the options I know of, but I am also new to all this!!!
