Default Getting ready to purchase my first hydraulic excavator and I want something that will last!

Hello! I've been studying these forums and doing my research but can't find the right connection; I'm wanting to buy this excavator but upgrade the hydraulics to Premacon for a longer lasting / less down time machine. Who on here does this or would be willing to assist?

If you already plan to spend $$ on changing the hydraulics, you should keep saving and then go for something German or The Mother.

Thank you for the reply! Can you send me some places to find the ones you like the most? German(which particular models?)

And I keep seeing about “The mother”- what is that makes it so special exactly?

Btw- whatever I get, I def want to make sure if has the ability to have a grabber that can rotate and tilt

The Mother can be found on Facebook. Premacon and Fumotec are examples on the German ones.

There's the german Vario excavator too that's a bit cheaper than Italian rtr The Mother, providing you build the kit yourself. The Vario & The Mother are both the same size, hyd power & 40kg model. I have two Varios that are the JD850 version (1:14 body parts).
