Fumotec Contact?

Hi guys,

I emailed Frank at Fumotec over a week ago, because I wanted some info on the 490 excavator, but I still haven't heard back from him. I used the email posted on the website: info@fumotec.com Has anyone else been in contact with him lately, or is there another way I can contact him, or is it typical for it to take a while? Just a bit surprised that he wouldn't respond to a prospective customer.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I talk to Frank all the time, sent him an email late last night & got a reply an hour ago, but we have been friends for several yrs now.

Last wkend was a big model construction show in Friedrichshaven, Germany which he attended setting up his own booth. Fumotec is a one man business & Frank still maintains a full time job with Vario Helicopters too.

Sometimes I get next day replies, sometimes it's 2wks later... depends on the timing as there's many model fairs that are frequent throughout the yr in his immediate area.

Be patient, he'll get back to ya. I'm sure he gets a lot spam & just general email of semi-interested inquiries to weed through every week.

I've also emailed him about the 490... 5 msgs back and forth (3 of them me) so far in a month and a week... quality takes time...
