Talking Nitro, why because I had the parts and I could.

The start of my Nitro truck. I will bet this wont go over well at INDY but it would sure draw some attention.

And a short video.

http://youtu.be/AwzzlZ8aqdw

I will try for a video of it driving tomorrow.

Thanks for looking.

Travis

Travis I haven't seen many gas big rigs. But I'm sure YOU won't disappoint. I like "why, just because".

Not bad. I expected it would be a lot faster. What kind of transmission are you running, Travis? Might make a cool pulling truck with that nitro engine.

Well I am thinking it is going to need to be a Globe cab. Now to find a used one.

I am using an axial crawler trans and if I work the plumbing right for the stacks I can add a front powered axle as well.

This thing would sure draw some attention at Indy. If i richen it up good I may be able to give those smoke generators a run for their money.

Ok here are some update pics and a new video. It is a good thing having neighbors you get along with that have paved driveways. I made my new exhaust 1/2" copper from the manifold to the 3/4" copper exhaust stacks and crossover.

Love the smoke, as for the sound......sick air-raid siren comes to mind. It's coming along great man.
