Default Sound Boards.

As cool as it is to have sounds in these trucks, I'm so tired of the same sound boards in everything. The Servonaught Scania is nice but way over used, not everything sounds like that, but I understand, there is not much to chose from out there.

I wish we had some of these sounds available.....

I know it's probably never going to happen.

You can create your own sounds if you have either the Benedini or Beier sound module

I think the only reason those systems aren't more common is us old guys who don't want to deal with computer programming .

Just like 3D printing technology Craig, the skies the limit for sounds nowdays

How's your computer skills? Maybe your a perfect candidate to set up a Beier system?

This is a benedini sound module and believe me, I've personally worked on these excavators for many years and the sound is perfect!

This is the guy I use for my sound, light, recoil, etc... rc tanks. Everyone is custom recorded for actual model. He might have some other boards (for trucks) and the price is a bargain!!!

Yea, the benedini TBS mini is a nice little package. Can do all kinds of things with it. Dan Crowley is a North American distributor and is awesome to work with. He's done a couple sound sets for my custom r/c tanks and is working on one for my 574 now. If you don't want to get into programming the sound yourself he will usually help out and do it for you.
Here's his website.

Wow! I'd love to get a sound board programmed with the V-12 Detroit Diesel!
Or even the inline 6-71, which sounded different from the V model engines.

Back in the day, you could hear a Detroit coming for miles away, with their unique Bumble Bee sound…

But since the 2 stroke diesels got EPA outlawed better than 25 years ago, I imagine recording a sound track would be difficult...

I do remember there were some ww2 tanks that used detroit diesels, so that might not be too hard to find premade.

There are plenty of guys on youtube running 6-71, 8-71 to show off, that would probably be willing to help get whatever sound clips you needed.
