This is .080 black plastic sheet ..it has a smooth finish on one side and a bit of a rough texture on the other ..I dont know where you would find something like this ..I picked it up at a used building supply place ..Demex..If you have a larger radius there is 1/8 window flange from model aircraft supplies..hard to find tho ..discontinued now ..I found some on ebay but it wouldn't work for this because of the small radius

Thanks Kent ..Window grumets are a bit of a tough one ..I am always looking for different ways to make or improve something for building models ..Imn some of the pics i posted you will notice the the fitting collars I was using were round with a rib texture ..these are the ones Leimbach produced ..some were snug and some were loose..I decided to make my own out of 1/4 inch aluminum plate ..nice snug fit ..look a little better as well

Lou, pictures are great but there's nothing like seeing it in person. Can't wait to see the reaction now that you have all the decals installed, that sure finishes off nicely!
Now to see it in action next weekend at the Museum show.

A great reason to make it out to Duncan again this summer to help you wear the paint off!

Lou, great job on the filter box it hides the receiver very well and the hinges are awsome too. I see in picture six you've also got the front engine exhaust stack mounted now, how does it sound with them both running?
