How's that gearbox holding up? I started with that, then went to the servo drives. I only had a few hours of run time on mine before I stripped the gears. I couldn't figure out a way to keep the force that the tracks were applying from putting excess pressure on the shaft, & making it easy to booger the gears.
let me know how they work out, i may revisit n update this file tomorrow.had a hard time getting the new tooth ring over yours and lined up.some lite filling n sanding and it should be fine.

Today i found a large mound of sand out in someones field......had to try.
To say that im impressed is an understatement.
Thus is my 2nd d5,the lite one.running the new sprockets on loose tracks....not a single skip,pushing damp sand.
