Kerst, it's an amazing concept and build, as usual for you. Maybe the glitch is that you don't have enough machinery moving in this driveline!!! LOL!!! All the shafts, gears, joints, clutch packs, etc. - just a marvel to watch. Are you using servos to engage the clutch packs?
Your design would make a great 2-speed for highway trucks - much less gear slop (free play) than the Tamiya mechanism.
Reminds me of Clark transmissions in the real trucks, with clutch packs on the outside at the end of the shafts.
Anyway, keep up the awesome work!
