Default This might be of interest to some???

I'm sure there will be some of us on this forum that could put that influx of new parts to good use.

I always wanted one because seeing it is what got me into scale trucks in the first place. So eventually I'll be forking out the dough for one. I figure it will be in the 700 range. Their Msrp prices are always a bit under double the retail they sell for. I'm hoping for less but that's a drop in the bucket compared to what some of the other rigs cost that I want!!!!

Valid point Dan, I never thought they would cost more than a king hauler. The new tranny look's neat. The price has gone up on the new mitsubishi montero, I have one that's 25 year's old.

Im definetly liking the changes the made, to bad they didnt make it equal track width for the axles. I guess you cant have your cake and eat it too......

At least the old pot metal parts are gone and they updated the old issues to keep it lasting longer.

Took one of the originals back in the early mid 80's got rid of the tranny, took a tranny out of the tamiya frog mounted it side ways in the chassis, made new drive shafts to go from the bruiser axles to the frog trans, mounted 8 of the biggest tires (duals) you could find at the time, used some brass to raise the suspension, painted a F150 body yellow orange and red. Had one dirt throwing RC Monster truck before any one released a monster truck. Took it to an annual RC race in Indy that was called Cabin Fever and got a picture of it in a rc magizine of the time period. It was a lot of fun and at the time got a lot of attention!

I love that they are re-releasing all the old stuff, with some mods to make it more driveable! I got my Subaru Brat, Fast Attack Vehicle, and my kid got a Hornet, all of which I had back in the day! The Blazin' Blazer was my dream vehicle, though, and I think I'll wait a bit and see if they come out with that one before I get a Bruiser, but it will be a hard choice.....

I have a OG brusier that I restored years ago and had everything powder coated but I dont play with it but I put my name on the list for a new one I will not miss the chance to get a new one and build it and be able to run it... The tamiya rep on TC club is saying 750 to 840 will be the selling price range on sights like Tower but I be Stella will be cheaper..
