Good job!

Are you making every part individually in CAD and hoping that everything fits together well or you make a assembly before cutting and check design mistakes? Could you post a picture of it?

You said that you didn't find tracks wide enough, what is the width of yours then?

I don't have any separate CAD program, so I only have CAM "drawings" for CNC machine. I'm unable to make any sub assembly CAD drawings to check everything before, all though I do draw many parts on paper to check what I can.

The tracks that I'm planning to use are 64 mm wide.

I need to start saving for that cnc conversion... and some schooling
