Re: dodge L 1000
Wow, you have came a long way on this little dodge. I love all of the detail as far as the scratch built parts, and the weathering detail is supurb...Look's like she's been used and abused. Excellent job fellow mini trucker. Can't wait to see the trailer with the "used" look.

Re: dodge L 1000
definetely looks good in the weathered state...looks like an old yard mule you would see sitting in the corner of a truck yard somewhere or sitting on someones property while the owner decides whether to restore or sell it .that looks so freakin cool my friend keep up the pics

Re: dodge L 1000
This is looking very similar to the lnt1000 I bought back in 97 thought I would restore it but never got around to it and just sold it last year, but this is about the shape it was in looks great.

Re: dodge L 1000
nice work. was thinking about the uncoupling servo, could cover it with a tool box and or a chain box, it could be low enough to clear the swing of a trailer.
skip. im back i hope! |

thanks for the suggestion, i have been thinking the same thing. I think im going to make a wooden box and load it with rusted chains and home made binders.. thats if I can get it to sit low enough in the chassis and still clear the driveshaft... |
