Flame tipped exhaust stacks!?
Hey All.
I noticed something strange about a truck that came to the shop today. At first I wondered how the heck the guy shredded the tips of his stacks and on what?! once I got closer I saw what was going on.....never seen these before and just thought I'd share. I dunno....not sure what to think? Mario |

Wow, that's pretty unique. I wonder if these pipes are cut with a CNC plasma or laser, then rolled and welded along the seam. That would seem to be the most practical and logical way to make a lot of these.

Re: Flame tipped exhaust stacks!?
I kind of thought these stacks looked like Elmer Fudd's gun barrel, after Bugs Bunny plugged the end with a carrot.

Re: Flame tipped exhaust stacks!?
LOL nice reference Nathan. Up close they look cool, but from further away it just looks like the pipes have been damaged. They certainly are different though. Maybe instead he should install a propane burner ring and have real flames coming out. Now THAT would be cool!
