Re: Great Dane excavating co.
You need a ripper on that hoe, that'll make the job go alot easier for that lil hoe & quicker too... back to shop & cnc yourself a quick coupler & tooth.
It bewilders me how docile your cat(s) are to ride on your trks, I've never seen anything like it... I can't even get my dog to ride with me on my Ranger.

Hey on the ripper attachment, next time you have camera out snap a pic or two of how that little thing works. It's electronic correct? Or where to get the devise to actuate the pin, or mechanisms that lock it. I can't really add a hydraulic one without a lot of work but if it's electric that would be fairly easy. (Well till I realize what all is involved,, like every project, sounds simple at first. )

Re: Great Dane excavating co.
Had some modified stone/dirt leftover so I dumped it next to barn door. I am using it to fill old cattle troughs. More hard material on the dozer. We got a lot of rain last night and this stuff was soaked.
And my operators seat Pushed the pile into a loading bulkhead. Easier to Load the 785

Re: Great Dane excavating co.
Hey Greg, I had a lot of 10mm LED lights. I know they were way too big but I had like 100 of them so I put a couple to good use.

Re: Great Dane excavating co.

And the last one, hope someone likes watching a dozer . With the new tracks and sprocket I have not had to clear tracks once yet!! I've been careful to not intentionally let a lot of dirt roll into tracks. And these last videos have been some really bad stuff to run in. It is stone that has a good bit f dirt in it. Almost like clay when wet and rock hard when it drys out. And just being rock is a challenge. I always called this stuff modified when we get it from the quarry, I don't know if that is the correct name, it's a mix of 2b stone all the way down to screenings and any dirt from the process.

Re: Great Dane excavating co.
RW, do you have any pics of the difference between the old and new track pads and sprockets? What changes did you make and what do you think has made it run "cleaner"?
