Ari, nice looking cylinders. Du you solder the ends or are they glued to the tubing?
What pressure will you use in the system?

The pressure will probably be 20 bar or more, depending when my cylinders start to leak
Cylinders will be silver brazed, here's one that's been brazed:

The stick cylinder and all the others will be attach with flanged pins that are bolted to stick.
Those M1.2 bolts are just for decoration, those hose adapters are brazed.

That brass and soldering work is phenominal!!! I sure wish I could solder that clean in that small of a fitting with brass. Can't wait to see this machine operating.

Keep it up.

Got the boom boxed, and cylinders finished. Now I should get my hydraulic pump up and running to see if there's any leaks on the cylinder tubing.

I machined the tracks narrower, they are now 72 mm wide which is around 1 meter wide in full scale.
For my eyes they look more realistic now.
Here's a picture of the left track still wide.

Ari, looks better with the narrower tracks, the bigger machine, the narrower tracks it looks like.
This pic from a Swedish forum

What size is the L-connector on right side, M5?

Like your small connections (brazed) to cylinders, wish I had thought a little more about how to make those earlier. What´s the size of cylinders (good to know if I will build another hydaulic model, easier to find brass tubings).
