Hi you may want to look at those wooden cigar boxes thay have small brass hinges for the lids ive used them before to great effect . Thay are about the right size but you may need about 6 or 8 boxes to get enough to do both doors . I hope this helps great looking rig

I would also like to know where you got the KW-frontgrill from. I will probably start a globeliner-project this winter, so I already start looking for parts. Would be a great help to know if it´s handmade or bought!
