Nope, 3 storey office building as a matter of fact.
Might only go with a 2 storey, I don't want to mess up line of site around the park.

And at least a couple more houses. Gotta make things look good in time for August. I'm tempted to not post anypics or updates at all this summer so you guys can be shocked when you visit ....... Ya , right! just kidding.

Mario, that stuff on the steps looks like scale spray on bed liner!

Since your into buildings and structures any thought to making some "under construction" so guys with flats can haul in building materials. Excavators can dig foundations, dumps can bring in or haul away dirt etc. etc., sorry just thinking out loud

Kent, no need for apologies and keep thinking out loud what a great idea! gives me a great, simple idea!
I can make a building in panel sections , load on a trailer at the loading dock with my hobby engine crawler crane, haul to the build site where my tower crane can unload and assemble because I can use Finster's idea of using those small earth magnets to secure it.
Love the idea, definitely going to roll with it for sure! Thanks bud

The first home I bought was a 12x60 mobile home. Mario got me thinking about building a model of it and I actually started planning it last week until I clued in that I would then need to build a specialized truck also. The plan went off the rails there and hasn't progressed any further yet. It would be pretty easy to throw together a truck like this though.

This was a happy but sad day for me. Lots of "good times" in that house.lol It would be kinda fun for me cruising around with this setup. Bring back some old memories.lol

What a difference this winter has been! . Very short, not much snow and mild.
Unlike last year which was crazy and seemed to last forever!

A pic from last April 7th 2015

Lots of drying and cleaning up required but happy to see I'll be out there much earlier than last year which means, longer backyard season this year and more time to get ready for August.

Looks good Mario!! Grass is starting to turn green down here, willow trees are already pushing small leaves out!! Just don't run out of things to build do. Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's not the case, as s and m business is booming!!!

Awesome Mario! Make sure you bottle up some of that snow so that there isn't a drought come August! Our grass is about 8" tall in spots but it is way too wet to mow it. We had 50 knot ESE winds yesterday that turned around in less than an hour to WSW 60 knots. It was raining so hard the gutters were overflowing on the shop and sh!t was blowing all over the yard but thankfully no trees came down near our houses. It's been like that a couple of times already this month. Not pleasant!

Just to ensure you spring is coming!! Worker was sent out to chop down trees and he brings a pipe instead of chainsaw!! Never have any competent help around here. The lifeguard was off duty on job pool!!

: it is hard to find a good work force nowdays eh?
Not to worry, plenty of things to build for years to come. The buildings look like lots sitting in the basement but once in the yard they are going to look a little lost in the big area I think.
This will definitely be a record breaking year for S&M for sure!

Ya, it actually made the news here about the storm. I wondered how bad you got it. Glad to hear all is scattered but safe
And your right, definitely going to have a fire issue this summer by the looks of it. Glad you mention that because made me realize we might not be able to light up the fire pit in August so I better come up with a plan b cooking area and borrow a friends barbecue
