I love the extreme custom trucks and when i saw this one in the design rendering phase i was so excited i could not wait to so some work done. Awesome job i am most certainly keeping an eye on this one.

Thanks Mike. I don't want it really reflective. The LED'S are bright if it is to reflective then the light coming through the gauges will be to much and it will drown out the detail on the gauge face.

I too was looking to put the steering servo inside my CAT motor. I would be interested in what work you were planning on having Lynn do. I was planning on dropping the oil pan and opening up the hole in the bottom of the motor enough to slip the servo (HiTech 645) inside. I was hoping to replace the oil pan, however the servo will not fit far enough into the motor to allow this. Is this the work you will be having Lynn do for you? Well I sure would like to tell ya but as of right now we have not figured it out completely. From what I can see when I look in the motor I have found servos that will work. Lynn will be removing the tubes that hold the screw for the oil pan and then I will mount the pan by a screw in both the front and rear covers.. Other than that Lynn has to get it in his hands first and then we will discuss the best way to go about the install. I will certainly let ya in on the how to when we get it done. Remember also that I have turned the pan around on my motor so the servo shaft will be going through the hole on the shallow part of the pan.

Hey Mike, glad I'm not the only one having problem's with them! I now ship all of my oil sample's via UPS-due to there incompetence(USPS). UPS is getting more of my shipping business now!

I got my Air Cleaners today from Steve.....

These really add the

I found some mesh that looks like the Peterbilt Oval grills on the 379X's and Steve got some and put it in for me...

I told Steve I wanted the 15" Vortox A/C's with the oval mesh and that is what I got right down to the detail on the bottom of the can..

They are the perfect height and fit under the mirror brackets just like the 1:1's do.

And the doors JUST miss them.

Well it's winter again which means nothing to do when home but work on the shak..

Good thing is after just two months at the new job, I am again out of debt and have money in the bank.. Bad thing is.... Not much time for the shak.

Plan of attack:

1. Get the engine out and sent to Lynn for the steering servo.
2. Hopefully get the wheels and Tanks soon from Steve.
3. Hopefully get the Grill from Brian.
4. Purchase and fit the detail parts.. (You'll just have to wait and see what they are

)
5.Get the MFU
6. Purchase several hundred LED's
7. Get motor and gear box.
8. Find someone back east, like Jersey maybe, that can paint like no one's business for a top notch paint job.
9. Assemble
10. DONE

Then after all that, I got to build a trailer to put my awesome Becky built thermoking reefer on.

Now the problem with all this is that I only go home for 34 hrs a week... No problem right.
