A simple alteration for better function.
I see your teeth are looking a bit dull, digging too much rock! How are the pins fixed in place on your Vario bucket? Epoxy? The ripper tooth works xllnt! Thanx buddy. |

My dragline bucket teeth look about the same after 80+hrs of digging in sandy soil. Mine are made from C1018 cold finish steel. The milling machine marks wore off the first weekend out digging and the edges rounded some. I guess we need to make some tougher replaceable teeth for these so called TOYS
