Do you have a pic of what your looking to make? i made my fenders with 4"landscapeing pvc pipe and reg sheet styrene...

Draw your plan

Cut PVC to size

Cut bond/glue fill gaps and sand..

These pics are with the thicker pvc (too thick unless sanded down) i now use the landscaping stuff now its half the thickness..
Hope this helps
Best of luck

If you are not very good at body job then you may look at 3d printers...

Workshops usually are quite pricy but home 3D printer prices have dropped to a pretty reasonable state lately so why not take one. If you are good in cad then you can make even truck bodies with it... Dang, it would be cool, wouldn't it?

3D printing is seriously expensive. just a small 3pt hitch bar for a die cast tractor build I did was $175 - so I would guess fenders could be much higher.... but they will turn out exactly as you design them.

Ah yes those 3d printers. i was thinking of the one for scrapbooking that cuts paper but can cut styrene as well. it uses a razor blade to "draw" your design. i cant find the thread i saw it in over in rc4wd im still looking
