I havent driven this model at all yet. The only use the trans has seen was a few minutes of bench testing, to get the servo points set for shifting. Which I am going to have to do again as ive decided to change the motor to a 55t and I've completely changed the radio channels since intitial set up. Maybe Ill take a quick video of the shifting action when I get to this part for you.

I wasnt aware the rc4wd trans runs hot. Which one are you refering to? The CVT or the scale V8 one? Im not to concearned with his one running hot. Its got some venting in the front.
