Servo help
When I turn on the power to my dozer, some of the servos move and then go back to where they were. How do I get them to not move until I move them?

Re: Servo help
Joe-are you turning your transmitter on first? Usually if you turn on the transmitter then the receiver nothing will move. Also, when shutting down. Turn receiver off, then transmitter. As I try to teach my grandson with his R/C car. Always let the brain (trans.) be in control.

Re: Servo help
The blade (when I first turn on the power switch to the dozer) will move dew to the servo movement. What is causing this?

Re: Servo help
Joe-I am assuming that you are talking about the servo on the pump. Is there metal to metal on the linkage that would cause interference? Also if the linkage is not adjusted correctly and causing the servo to be in a bind can cause the servo to react violently. Have you tried removing the linkage from the servo and then turn it on and see if it still does that. Could also be a servo problem but not to likely if it is almost new.

Re: Servo help
The servo goes to the valve and is lying completely by it self and as soon as the power comes on it moves.

Re: Servo help
I would guess bad servo. Do you have another servo you could hook up to that channel to test. Have you tried adjusting end points?

The servo quit moving like it was. I think it had something to do with the failsafe on the radio (2.4ghz) is the only thing I can come up with. The main thing is that it os better now.
