The truck looks really good especially for being made of spare parts. What kind of pump and valves are you using, It appears that the pressure is quickly bleeding off when you are switching between the functions causing the cylinders to drop.

i'm the old style magom hrc valves, the pump is new and has tons of power but the valves are acting like the week link. the power is being lost somewhere, and it drops like you said. i think the o-rings are bad.
