Default Re: Anybody use the Tamiya actuator kit for a tipping mechanism?

I used it in my arocs tipper and boy is it slow, I am now looking for a Hydraulic pump and cylinder to replace the motor driven parts of the actuator, because at 40 seconds+ to raise then lower the bed is nuts

scottyk the dump angle is OK, just darn slow raising and lowering the dump box
