Default Scale Pulling Sled Area

I was looking at Rod's thread on his 6x6 Dump build and got an idea from Cummingsman saying "Maybe a pull off coming ". And I thought, Wow, that's brilliant, I could build a Scale Diesel Pulling Arena. But only one question remains: Do we have room for something that size. I'm thinking Scale Bleachers, Officials Office and Stand, Starting line, Starting Light and the most expensive part, a Scale Pulling sled. I need some constructive criticism on this. All the good and all the Bad.

Great idea I wish some one had thought about that before.

I think this was brought up a while back(on a different forum). If i remember right it turned out to be a little dull due to lack of speed. Not to be a downer. I would love to see some pulling!

I like the fact that Corbett Trailers put a poll up to get peoples opinion in a simple manner. I think it was just to see if there was interest in truck pulls. Just my two cents....

Ease up there John I simply mentioned we had been discussing it and provided the threads so as to not make a long drawn out post.

Hi together!

Here are some pictures from our sled project....(not finished yet)
It´s very simole: 4 sprockets, 2 chains, 4 wheels an da chassis...
The gear drive in the right side is to adjust the way of the weight box to the driven distanca. We made ist in 1/16 scale, so the distance to pull will be about 18-20 feet.

Corbett - I myself like the pulling stuff - but as you mentio it could have a space issue - but if we stick with our geared low trucks and avoid the speed aspect then the pull lane can be fairly narrow - maybe the bleachers and such could be a banner on a wall for space savings when needed. But I like the whole idea you have laid out.
