Default JBC limited NZ

Junk Build Contractors Limited NZ
Been busy for a while with the new house and shed but now I have some spare time I better show you what Ive been up to.
1: finally finnished the 4200 excavator, but still waiting for a sound modual.
2: my loader has been here for 10 days and Ive made a few changes.
I got it direct from the manufacture in China, sound and lights for the same rc4wd price.
3: built a srceening plant and wired up two bruder conveyors.
4: sorted the tracks on my dozer.
5: finnished the hudraulics for the junk rock truck build.
6: made a road roller out of leftovers.

time for a little RNR.

I built a screener out of an old drain pipe and have 2 bruder conveyors shifting the fines. 4 speed controls, vibrator , 2 conveyors and the main tumbler. the king hauler is still waiting for its reduction box .

cheers Mario, a bit of paint and a cheap plastic excavator cab and some old panel vents I rescued from the scrap bin, also made a few decals and it looks way better than standard.

hope the youtube link works, first test run of screener, had to get a new vibrator motor recently as the old one spun in its mounting and destroyed the connection tags , so chucked some brass into lathe and made nice counterweight as well, works a treat now.

time to go to work , will post more picts tomorrow.

cheers andy

heres a quick video of the 4200 making a new road up to the trommel

please excuse the learner driver in the loader . he needs a lot more practice.

have used about 10 batteries in loader and it runs like a dream, have also checked diffs for play and wear inside and all is good.
hopefully its only an issue with a few of them .
have been dealing with a guy named Tang at eagle machinery in China over missing front wheel fenders and a few bits and pieces I would like to get for the excavator, cant say enough about their service !
I will be getting all of my rc gear direct from them , TOP GUY and an arsom price.

Nice trailer for the new loader. Looks like it has plenty of power.

thanks bud,
I try to cut costs and build most of my stuff, JBC started out in a scrap bin and a few hours on the tig and a bit of grinding you have a trailler, some old bruder wheels , paint , job done.
leaves cash left over for the good stuff.

Cheers.
Never had a rc with sound before but now im hooked.
have ordered 2 sound units. 1 for king hauler and 1 for excavator.
loader driver has a long way to go before hes qualified much better in the excavator.
Guess I better change the battery again.

got a bit of painting done, want to paint all the light holders and still waiting for front guards to turn up, also have a slight problem with the loader.
one of the rear wheels has come loose and my small nut driver has gone missing so I cant sort out my loose wheel.
I don't want to go to the local hobby shop just yet, It could end up costing a lot.( usually dose , all those shiney things)
cheers for now.
going to redo the decals on the arm as not correct and also theres a few to go on the motor housing .

ps the loader is only allowed inside if it sits on the newspaper LOL.
