The waterjet does a great job cutting "straight" gear teeth profiles , all the gears I have cut have been used "as is" after cutting on the table short of doing some filing, but if you needed a high precision gear it would be best to cut the gear blank slightly bigger and then use the proper gear cutter to finish it...

Got the radio gear installed ......finally .....hope to have a video posted soon of the test run

Lucky you! my combine costs nearly triple that, but I don't get to use it for my hobby too.
