a simple way would be to just have 2 screws that secure it to the top of the frame flange. I bit of a PITA to change packs but not to bad.

I made two small aluminum brackets that hold the headache rack on my Globe Liner. One screw and it pops right off for access to the battery yet still strong enough to pick the truck up by the headache rack.

rig up a longer charge plug and let that hang under the truck, that way you never have to take it out

The one that is on eBay for doing an optimus prime truck is designed for the headache rack to slide off of it's two frame mounts.

I have made all my sleepers top off to open. Roof of the sleeper comes off quick. Takes some modification bus makes it real easy to access inside.

I don't have any pictures of the removable top right now. Will add to my Aeromax overhaul thread.

He doesn't want to charge it in the truck. I wouldn't charge one that's in any of my stuff either.

The other thing is a king hauler is a one piece body where the aeromax is a two piece. So unless he wants to cut the roof of the bunk it's not as simple as the aeromax would be.
